We Bought a House!

In February Kyle and I started the process of building a home! We couldn't be more excited! We are getting (mostly) everything we want right from the start.

We are building with Ryan Homes. So far the process has been great! Kyle and I have similar design taste so decisions haven't been too difficult.

Our home should be complete in July- so the countdown has started! I can't wait to be decorating our new HOME! (no more renting!! yay!)



We chose the Venice Floorplan, Elevation K. We loved the layout of the Venice. It gives us everything we wanted in a new house. Four bedrooms, large kitchen with an island, open floorplan, finished basement and an office on the first floor and a two car garage.  

Our first "challenge" was picking the exterior finishes. I didn't think this would be to hard, but because we had to pick from the preselected exterior pallets Ryan Homes determined, it limited our choices. I do LOVE what we ended up with! Beautiful stone, Tan siding, green shutters and a brown front door. Its very neutral- my favorite!
